The two founders of PharmaForensics Laboratories, Dr. David H. Sherman and Dr. Jeffrey D. Kittendorf, have worked together for over a decade on challenging research problems and entrepreneurial ventures. Before founding PharmaForensics Laboratories, Drs. Sherman and Kittendorf co-founded the biotechnology company Alluvium Biosciences.

Their entrepreneurial spirit inspired them to establish a scientific litigation support company that provides services and support solely to attorney clients. Past experiences on patent infringement cases led the partners to conclude that such a company would be a valuable resource to litigation teams engaged in pharmaceutical and biotechnology product infringement matters. In 2009, PharmaForensics Laboratories was launched.
